New World Properties is a small family owned property management company. We are also the primary coordinators for Blaine C.O.R.E. (Community Organization for Resources and Education). This entity teaches gardening and lifeskills classes at the Blaine Library (free). We help manage the Blaine Community Garden, Garden Club at the Blaine Boys & Girls Club, the Outdoor Learning Lab (Elem. School Garden) fundraiser (on-going) AND are on the CTE committee for Ag/Welding at Blaine H.S.
