Founder Don Enos brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, marketing, and leadership across industries, including manufacturing, medical technology, real estate, and strategic consulting. As a licensed Realtor® with Compass and an experienced business coach, Don works with clients throughout Northwest Washington to reduce uncertainty, identify opportunity, and build lasting value, both personally and professionally.

Our guiding principle is simple: “Forward-Thinking People Think Backward.” We begin with your long-term goals and work backward to design smart, adaptable strategies. The focus isn’t just on completing a transaction; it’s on helping you make informed decisions today that support your goals for tomorrow.

Don holds advanced real estate certifications, including Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and Home Finance Resource (HFR®), allowing him to serve first-time buyers, retirees, investors, and business owners with confidence and care.

Deeply involved in the local community, Don serves as Vice President of the Blaine Chamber of Commerce and as a City of Blaine City Councilman. These roles keep him closely connected to the people, businesses, and decisions shaping our local economy and quality of life.
