SOMI was established in Kyoto in 1950. We have since endeavored to provide high quality soups and seasonings to the food service industry. Due to increased demand for our products throughout the US, in June 2020, SOMI opened a new factory in Blaine. We are dedicated to our ongoing pursuit of crafting premium flavors and will continue delivering the authentic taste of Japan.
