Founder Don Enos brings over 30 years of business development, marketing, and leadership expertise—spanning industries from manufacturing and medical technology to real estate and strategic consulting. Today, as a licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty and a certified business coach, Don supports people across Northwest Washington with services designed to solve problems and unlock new possibilities.

Deeply involved in the community, Don serves as Vice President of the Blaine Chamber of Commerce, a City Planning Commissioner, and a member of the Government Affairs, Education, and Engagement Committees of the Whatcom County Association of Realtors®.
